Evicted; the word nobody wants to hear. Taxes gone unchecked, discrepancies in his accounting, more and more money owed to the government, false declaration and bankruptcy. Discrepancies in Jaymes' accounts, his home seized by the government and sold as reconciliation between Jaymes and the government for his debts. Jaymes' house, gone in an instant, busting his ass at his dead-end job for months upon end, working tirelessly to build a better life and future for himself in Los Santos, to escape the poverty of his hometown, all of it had lead to this moment, his hard work suddenly gone in an instant

The Bistro, Britson's; under new ownership- the government. The bistro was no longer property of Emily Britson, following a decision by Emily herself to rid herself of the bistro, out of desperation and pure necessity. Now that herself and Jaymes had been evicted, she was now homeless and with nowhere to go, money was tighter than ever. Emily needed the money now more than ever and what other choice was there but to finally close Britson's doors and move on; all good things must come to an end.

Jaymes; down on his luck, without a home or a penny to his name, is now forced to live out of his old, dirty Premier, with nothing but a small backpack full of essentials and a few boxes of his personal belongings, taken with him the day he had left his home. Gas comes as a rare and expensive commodity and he finds himself mostly stuck to one place, rarely making a move, instead choosing to walk or bike around the city when necessary. Everyone Jaymes knew and loved is either six feet under or off living much better lives, without him.
