Is it possible to insert this mod ?

I tried to insert this mod, I used archivefix, the game doesn't crash but I can't see it in game https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/forests-of-san-andreas-4861-trees-add-on-ymap

It is possible, yeah. I'd suggest checking if you installed it in the right folder since this is the most common issue.

 

Another note is that it could conflict with the recent addition of the new texture mod on the server (the trees, palms, vegetation etc.), so I'd keep an eye out for that.

It wont work in game simply because it's a map mod, those have to be added in by the servers modding team. Thats why you cant see it in game. Unless you mean for singleplayer, then it should work. But as for in game in the server? It wont work.

Should work if it’s made as a DLC and added to the rage client resources as such. 
 

Remember the “LA” vibe map mod in the server? Got removed after a day, but a DLC version was released for those who still wanted it in their game for only them to see.

For the server:

Go to your RAGEMP folder, create a folder called "user_resources" without the ", create a "global" folder, then "game_resources".

Create in that folder a new folder named "dlcpacks".

 

In the dlcpacks folder, from the mod choose one of the trees you want, there are 3 in the mod you linked. These can be found in that mod archive under Trees and then whichever you want. Let's say you picked Cedar, you drag the forest folder you find there to our dlcpacks folder.

 

It should look like this:

 

Do note that the server uses GTA remastered, which is a mod that is listed to be conflicting with this mod, so your mileage may vary.
