Restaurant Servers welcome diners, help them find seats and make sure they are comfortable. They take and deliver orders, suggest dishes, answer questions and provide a satisfactory customer experience. Restaurant Servers must have an in-depth knowledge of the food and drink menu of their establishment, so look for applicants with great memorization or note-taking skills. They keep the dining and cooking sections neat and pleasant to meet client expectations and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Cashiers accept payments from customers in the form of cash, credit or debit card, check or other forms of payment. They issue customers’ receipts and return the correct change as necessary for cash payments. Additionally, they assist customers by answering questions about products, their location in the store, services or other company policies and procedures. Cashiers may also authorize and issue exchanges or refunds. Since Cashiers are often located at the front of the business, they may greet customers entering the establishment.

Cooks are responsible for providing a pleasurable dining experience for customers by preparing high quality food. This usually means managing all aspects of food preparation and production in an environment that meets sanitation guidelines. Their duties can range from preparing ingredients to be cooked, to being responsible for grilling all foods.

A pizza delivery driver distributes pizzas and related products by driving a vehicle, often a light truck, van, car or bike. They pick up pizzas from the franchise, load pizza container and deliver pizza once they reach their destination. These professionals must be familiar with the routes and shortcuts in order to reach to their destination quickly. They also require handling paperwork, such as obtaining a recipient’s signature, when a pizza been delivered. They must collect payment at the premises of customer
