RageMP goes to black screen then crashes

I try and join GTA:W and it says it's launching game 

Social Club pops up and loads up GTA

GTA stays at a black screen for 2 seconds then crashes back to Social Club 

 

- Tried to move RageMP to a different drive

- Tried turning off firewall

- Tried reinstalling RageMP 

- Tried turning off overlays 

 

FiveM works, SP works and MP works.

 

still no luck, any advice?

Following. I'm getting the same issue. Usually after 4-5 re-attempts, I manage to get in-game. I've re-attempted SEVENTEEN times in a row, and it's still doing the same thing.

Quick update: I checked in my launcher logs and I get this error message.

I'll give this a go, see if it works out. It's only RageMP - Single player and Online still works but either way - fingers crossed.

Okay, jesus christ that took ages but I managed to somehow find a fix.

 

Start up GTA as normal and when you get to the screen where it shows you if you want to go online, story whatever, hit the settings button and go for windows borderless and whatever dimension you play it and it should work for you perfectly - if that still doesn't work keep it as windows borderless and lower the graphics down a bit

Greetings from Russia! I had this problem, when blackscreen appears, try to press alt+enter, it’ll change your screen mode. Or try to hold alt+tab when blackscreen appears. Hold it until rage mp get started
