LATEST | PRESS RELEASE
Walker San Andreas Law To Sue The City of LS, Los Santos Police, Mayor of LS, and Chief of Police For Illegal Gun Control Regulations
On the 13th of September 2021, five Justices of the 2nd District Appellate Court of San Andreas have ruled on the constitutionality of the SHAFT Act of 2021. The petition for review of the SHAFT Act of 2021 was submitted in the 2nd District Appellate Court of San Andreas on 31st of August, 2021 by
Civil Litigation Attorney Gregory Walker. The 2nd District Appellate Court of San Andreas has ruled that "[...] a municipal authority to which firearm licensing is delegated to is able to enforce (e.g. removal of licenses) firearm licenses only if the requirements outlined in sections IV, V, VI and VII of the State Handling of All Firearms Act are no longer met, or if a violation of the State Handling of All Firearms Act was committed. Contrary to what the Appellant states at the end of the brief, The State Handling of All Firearms Act does not allow municipal authorities to whom firearm licensing is delegated to form additional regulations or restrictions." Based on the outcome of Gregory Walker v. State of San Andreas and Governor of San Andreas, on 15th of September, 2021 a petition against the Los Santos Police Department, and all parties vicariously liable for its actions, has been filed in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of Los Santos County under Gregory Walker v. Los Santos Police Department, Los Santos City Government, Chief of Los Santos Police, Mayor of Los Santos et al. Said suit contests the illegal, and unconstitutional regulations made up by the Los Santos Police Department. This petition serves as another step of the complex strategy targeting illegal gun control in San Andreas. We will be updating you on the progress in the upcoming press releases. Sign up for our newsletter today!
