I see that you can make moonshine from multiple ingredients but how do you make different beers like the ones they serve in pubs as I’d to create them from scratch and back door sell them to bar/pub owners but can’t seem to find how I make/create them.

 

Can someone please explain as I’m basing my character development around distributing alcohol around Los Santos.

The only way is to use the /createdrink command if you have a bar. Be careful, it needs a lot of components in big numbers.

So do bars/pubs and clubs have to create drinks as all I get is craft beer from brewing.

Yep! So the brewer makes things like the craft beer and craft liquor and can sell this off to bars and clubs. Those bars and clubs will use those items to "Create Drink" which will use an item. E.g turning 1 craft liquor into 1 vodka or whiskey which they can custom name into something fancy.
