WALKER SAN ANDREAS LAW To Contest The SHAFT Act of 2021; Taking Legal Measures Against Unconstitutional Gun Control Bill
On the 31st of August 2021, Civil Litigation Attorney Gregory Walker had filed a petition for judicial review of the so-called SHAFT Act of 2021 in the San Andreas 2nd District Appellate Court. This petition is just the pinnacle of incoming legal actions against the overly restrictive gun control in the state of San Andreas. Quoting the petition itself the SHAFT Act is constitutionally vague and full of logical errors, and its definitions are in contradiction with the federal gun control laws under NFA. The San Andreas state government has moved for a cheap power-grab in order to retain their Democratic voter-base. While the petition is still undergoing review by the San Andreas 2nd District Appellate Court, it is clear that regardless of the Court's ruling, the petition itself surely sets an example for the pro-2nd Amedment lobby.
