sosantweeker Posted August 30, 2021 Share Posted August 30, 2021 (edited) noodle grooving when you are really high on drugs and you start moving in strange, uncontrollable ways sort of like a wet noodle. it is a type of dance where you twitch uncontrollably. the person noodle grooving loses complete control of their body. ex: chelsea was noodle grooving so bad that she fell on the ground.
