Why is it always cold?

You should visit London in the summer. It peaks at 32.2C (89.96F). To me it's not hot unless it's 28C.

Fairly certain the weather goes by the day prior in LA.

So for a Tuesday, the weather would be from the Monday.

Some time ago I lived in an area of Mexico, called Veracruz, the truth is that the heat is very strong, but the cold, despite the fact that some times it drops a lot, it should not be so much the cold that I felt but the problem is that the area is very humid and the cold soaks your bones that is why wet cold is worse than dry cold.
