[UCP] Add the ability to copy/export the members list to excel

Can we have the ability to export the faction member list to excel like we can with the faction bank logs?

Also if possible, can more customization be added to export features, namely have the ability to filter out the different rows such as UCP ID, Last Duty and avg activity. Trying to keep track of all our members over our various platforms, UCP, Discord and forums is a tiresome task and I wish to automate it somehow with a spreadsheet.
