Which means if you offer 180,000$, the payment you actually have to make is 335,000$. This is based off my own interaction with the house owner. Link to comment

Clearly your listing here says "excluded" which obviously gives off the impression that the market price is in-fact NOT included, because excluded means included? Or am I just dumb.
