Retrieving screenshots from steam

I take screenshots on steam (F12) and they save on steam I guess, also in the screenshots folder on my PC. Sometimes when I'm done with editing screenshots, I delete the ones I don't need anymore, but I figured I've accidently deleted some screenshots I needed too. So now, they are still on my steam, when I click on GTA 5 game, here:

 

 

In post game summary - but when I click on a screenshot to open it, it's blank. Is it possible to retrieve these screenshots somehow? Thank you in advance

On steam, try do the following:

1. YB - Profile.

2. Scroll down a little so SCREENSHOTS is visible and click it.

3. Click UPLOAD SCREENSHOTS.

4. Locate Grand Theft Auto V and find the screenshots you're looking for.

5. Once the screenshot(s) have been located, double click in the steam menu, so it will open up in a new window. Finally, you want to right click and SAVE.

It says

 

"There was an error uploading 1 screenshots. Steam Cloud might be temporarily unavailable"

 

Is it because the screenshots are deleted from the PC folder?

If you delete screenshot from PC folder it ends up in recycle bin, have you tried looking for it there?
