Comment: It is all BULLOCKS. People are preaching that it is legal to walk around with so and so grams in their pockets when it is NOT TRUE! Yes, the D.A. can CHOOSE to dismiss any of these marijuana cases. But, it is simply that! A CHOICE! A fella of mine was still arrested and sentenced for minor possession AFTER the D.A. made their claim. Want to know why? A D.A. can CHOOSE to dismiss OR convict a person, regardless! Plenty of black youth are being fooled by this misinformation. You want to know the reason for this fuckery? They want to rack up cases. White girl gets caught? Dismissed. Black youth gets caught? Guilty. It is a 50% risk, in the end. Do NOT be fooled by their lies!
