The San Andreas Firearms Association

The San Andreas Firearms Association is a community legal defense and political action committee (PAC) in the state of San Andreas devoted to ensuring the ready access to firearms for all citizens of San Andreas.

Legal Defense Fund

The San Andreas Firearms Association Legal Defense Fund is devoted to providing free legal representation to wronged citizens throughout the state. Cases we'll take include:

  • Self-defense shootings
  • Edge cases on firearms possession
  • Law enforcement action against firearms holders.
  • Open Carry/Concealed Carry cases.

If interested in representation, please email [email protected] ((@Bartman))

Political Action Committee

The SAFA-PAC is a legally registered Political Action Committee with the Federal Election Commission advocating for looser firearm's legislation statewide and federally. We believe a armed society is a free society.

Specific legislative goals include:

  • Legalizing open carry for all citizens.
  • Removing the "good cause" requirement for Concealed Carry Weapons applications; it is not the state's business to know why you need to carry a concealed firearm.
  • Making Personal Firearm's licenses "must issue" unless statutory exemptions (i.e, felons) are met.
  • Removing the San Andreas Firearm's registry. A armed society is not free when the government knows where all the firearms are.

Fight for your rights today: Linden v. Dept of Fish and Wildlife

Brothers and Sisters,

Today SAFA has entered our first legal battle on behalf of gun-owning citizens across the state. We heard the story of Ms. Naomi Linden, a gun-loving American who was illegally detained by park rangers for over twenty minutes who had the audacity to shoot a Coyote in self defense in Chumash. She then, as a good citizen, called the Park Rangers to come pick up the carcass and tag it.

Instead of doing their civic duty as the park's animal control, Park Ranger Katelyn Steele illegally detained Ms. Linden for over twenty minutes because she was open carrying a shotgun. Ms. Linden had no legal obligation to call SAPR in the first place; she could've shot the coyote and went on her way, but instead she was detained and interrogated for twenty minutes for doing a good deed.

This is what we stand for, and we will fight oppression wherever it rears its ugly head upon the citizens of this state. We've filed a lawsuit against SADFW's for Ms. Linden's illegal detainment.

HOW CAN I HELP?

  • Donate! We're representing Ms. Linden pro-bono. Every penny helps.
  • Attend the trial. Show the courts we are not going to take stamping on our rights lightly.
  • Stay tuned for protests. We are debating open carry protests and will keep you informed.

God Bless America,

SAFA.

OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE

SAN ANDREAS FIREARM ASSOCIATION

Recently, the San Andreas Firearm Association has started to pursue its first case, Naomi Linden v. San Andreas Department of Fish and Wildlife, Katelyn Steele. Later on, the defense attempted to make a deal with Mrs. Linden. We cannot tolerate those who want to violate the free speech and most importantly, hinder the abilities of the San Andreas Firearm Association to keep fighting for constitutional rights, therefore negociations will not succeed under certain terms.

In regards to our internal progress, we have decided to appoint Jordan Yong as the head of the legal department, and look forward to coordinate with other individuals to keep fighting for the constitution and justice in firearms. We are also in the process of setting up the legislative department, to give the second amendment a right to speak and be heard within our senate. We ask our supporters to join us in this path, that might be long and hard to trail on, but will end up giving the people what they deserve.

OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE

SAN ANDREAS FIREARM ASSOCIATION

Dear supporters of the San Andreas Firearm Association,

Unfortunately, during the course of this week, our most recent case, Naomi Linden v. San Andreas Department of Fish and Wildlife, Katelyn Steele, has been dismissed by The Honorable Jacqueline Keating, who was presiding the case. This was due to the court finding it frivolous despite Mrs. Linden being seized unconstitutionally. The court has ruled that the case will not be continued via the Superior Court of Los Santos. The SAFA will not give up easily, we shall fight for Mrs. Linden's rights and all of those who are affected by unlawful activities from law enforcement regarding firearms. The case has not stopped there too, we have now forwarded it to The San Andreas 2nd District Appellate Court and the appeal has been approved. This is nothing but the beginning of the fight for Naomi Linden's rights.

In other news, Mr. Gregory Walker, an attorney within the State of San Andreas, has decided to pursue legal action against the Governor, Mr. Robert Brandt due to violating the US Constitution and existing federal laws with the SHAFT Act. This ones being the National Firearms Act ("NFA") and the District of Columbia v. Heller ruling of the US Supreme Court. Mr. Walker counts with the full support of the San Andreas Firearm Association. We will continue to inform our supporters with recent events from important cases like ours and Mr. Walker's as well as internal and external news regarding unlawful firearm controls.
