Peter Conti Assassination - 11/AUG/2021

 

At approximately 0300 on the 11th of August 2021, Los Santos Police Department Detectives were requested to Procopio Promenade in response to a quintuple homicide involving officers of the Department; Amongst the deceased the body of Peter Conti was recovered following an apparent assassination.

 

Among the deceased were two Los Santos Police Department detectives and two uniformed support officers who we believe had intended to make contact with Peter Conti moments before the incident occurred. The detectives and officers had responded to the area as part of their standard duties, and were not part of nor authorized to be part of a protection detail for Conti or the LSNN staff.

The Los Santos Police Department would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the families and loved ones of those who were lost during this tragic incident. The incident is currently being treated as a priority case by the Los Santos Police Department's Area Detective Division who have taken lead on the investigation and will be employing all available resources into bringing a swift resolution to this case.
