Alexander "Alek" Hyka

Born August 28th, 1982, in Kamez, Albania, Alexander Hyka was an only child who was born into a lower class family. Mother, Xhesika, and father, Jetmir. Alexander grew up in a family whose only income came from their father's work in a local store.

Growing up, Alexander was a bully, constantly getting himself into trouble with peers his age due to his sheer size in comparison. By the time Alexander was in his late teens, the Hyka family was your regular, law-abiding next-door neighbours, but there were few signs that the young “Alek” as he was now known to others, would eventually dabble into a world of crime. Often being brought up alongside his cousin, Arton, the pair began illicit activities in and around the high school they were attending, Alek would often sell drugs to other students while the duo would also use Alek’s size to assault and steal from other students. He would frequent breaking into vehicles to make himself a little cash by selling stereos and whatever miscellaneous items he found stashed inside vehicles around Kamez, often walking for miles, just to scope out the perfect vehicle.

Alek eventually dropped out of school at the age of 17, continuing to deal drugs around his neighbourhood believing that his time was better spent making money selling crack cocaine than being educated. Some time past, and Alek had a sufficient amount of cash to make a start to his life, he decided to book a flight to USA with no intentions of returning, his father had died to previous year to cancer, leaving his mother alone in Kamez.

Alek being a recently new resident of the USA, had settled into The Bronx, New York, using his, "skills" finding employment with the Rudaj Organization, selling crack cocaine on street corners once again, along with some muscle work mostly as well as carrying out a hit, for the Colombo Crime Family, Alek's work ethic eventually caught up with him and in 2004, at the age of 22, Hyka was arrested and charged with narcotics trafficking, theft and possession of an unlicensed firearm, he was sentenced to 12 years in the Metropolitan Detention Centre. Alek served the entire 12-year stretch including an additional 5 years due to numerous cases of violence within the penal system as well as even being noted as, "associated" with the Aryan Brotherhood during his stint. Alek was eventually released as time served, in 2021.

Once released, Alek fell into a world of depression, lost due to most of his friends were either in prison or dead, he decided to move across the United States to Los Santos in search of a, "new life" once again. He settled into an apartment in Vespucci, as well as buying an old-rundown laundromat in La Mesa, an economically deprived area of Los Santos with the intention of improving quality of life for the residents around La Mesa. A few months past and Alek received a phone call from his cousin, Arton, informing him that he was also in Los Santos, the duo met up and have discussed business plans for future money-making schemes.
