Affiliates are usually seen around the Billingsgate motel. Due to the large amount of narcotic distribution, there has been many police involvements in the past. Police speculation that a higher, hierarchy are the ones that call shots, assuming that old BHB affilates from the Nickerson Garden's control the set. The members that hang around the projects, are notorious gang bangers that are living day-to-day, not knowing what tommorow will bring them. OOC If you wish to post screenshots, PM me.
