Driver

To be a Driver, you must take pride in your appearance and have a friendly and helpful attitude. 

 

Working as a Driver:

• Drivers spend their days out on the road - you should enjoy driving

• Drivers should be flexible when it comes to start and finish times

• Drivers must be able to collect crates from suppliers and then delivering them to various retailers in an timely manner

• Drivers are required to perform vehicle inspections and follow standard operating procedures

 

 

Requirements of being a Delivery Driver:

• You must have a valid San Andreas driver's licence

• You must have a strong understanding of the English language (spoken and written)

HR & Recruitment Assistant 

 

In this role, you will report directly to the Managing Director and will support the full HR and recruitment function, ensuring that we provide an efficient and effective service to the business. At a point of substantial growth, this is a really exciting time to join our business and make a positive difference in your role with the full support of our well established team.

 

 

Main purpose of the job:

• Being responsible for all HR and Recruitment and ensuring that all new employees have everything that they need

• Ensuring that new employee inductions happen for all new starters in all parts of the business

• Supporting with employee communication and engagement

• Supporting with all aspects of recruitment from placing job adverts and arranging interviews to inductions. 

 

We are looking for a HR & Recruitment Assistant who:

• Ideally has experience within a HR or Recruitment role

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills

• Is highly organised

• Has the ability to build relationships at all levels

• Is highly motivated and driven to achieve results
