Varrio Rancho 13 was my favourite gang-oriented faction due to their emphasis on character development.

Hillside Trece was an amazing faction that I was a part of, as-well.

I agree with all of this, I've watched the Tongva thread for some time now and it's pretty interesting.

 

Even tho i'm having troubles in VR13, it's still one of my favorites because of the character development and chars type shit.
