Comment: The absolute BEST way to pass the time, have some laughs, meet new people, and get a slice of the good life. 10/10 would recommend for anyone that's in need of cheering up, making friends, or just wanting to learn more about the area of Los Santos! Andre Waters is an amazing tour guide that knows what he's doing and wants everyone to have a great experience, which I think he does excellently! I'd give more stars if I could!
