Game/Rage crashes randomly when starting it

Seems like it's a complete crapshoot, but Rage/GTAW will crash as long as I start it with MSI Afterburner turned on sometimes. I can close MSI Afterburner, but if I start the game and it works and then I start MSI Afterburner too, it crashes.

 

This is sometimes solved by restarting my PC but it seems so random and illogical that I hope someone has a more permanent, working fix because rebooting every crash is not great.

This is a known issue with RAGEMP and programs like MSI afterburner, it's best you don't use it if you want to have a stable performance.
