House Mortgage Format

Congratulations on your new home! Please fill out your thread in this section in the following format:

Once this is done, please proceed with your payment as instructed in your request (either, 20% down or the full payment) using the following method: 

 

/transfer [Amount] 030009571 [Reason] (ex. /transfer 1000 030009571 Mortgage Downpayment for 1234 North Rockford Drive)

 

Please provide us a screenshot with the following information of you processing this transfer: 

 

• a /time - timestamp.
• All relevant transfer information. 

 

 

Once this is done, Property Management will then verify this and transfer your house to you. 

 

PM will confirm a minimum regular amount for you to pay on your mortgage, then each month we will ask you to provide us the same information, with a similar screenshot to your mortgage thread.

 

Note: Failure to keep up with Mortgage Payments will result in Property Management revoking your house with no refund. You alone are responsible for keeping PM informed in regards to payments.

 

Payment Plan

 

 

Please make a payment plan that you'll be sticking to for making payments for the property.

A good reference on how it should look;

 

20% down payment ($20,000) - Paid

15% advance ($15,000) - 26/NOV/2021 - Paid

15% advance ($15,000) - 08/DEC/2021 - Due

 

The above payment plan is merely an example of how you should create one. You may make a payment plan that ranges upto a maximum of 18 months.

 

Please make sure to stick to the dates mentioned in your plan and provide screenshot evidence of all the payments you make. Your property is subject to being removed if you do not make your payments in a timely manner. Please make sure your payment dates are reasonable.

 

It is solely your responsibility to keep us updated about your payments so please keep that in mind.
