New system for car wheels

Short description: Some kind of command/gameplay mechanic that allows you to change the type of wheels on your vehicle/repair them if you have to.

Detailed description: It'd be nice if we could buy full sets of wheels/spares at garages/dedicated shops, so we can change them at home or pack a spare in case we need it for some kind of RP.
Many of us, both inside and outside the car scene, would like the option to buy sets of wheels at garages so we can change them at home depending on the day/weather, or even the purpose of the vehicle. Imagine you want to change your summer tires for some chonky Mickey T's and go off-roading for the day, but no garages are open. That usually means you have cancel the trip because 9 times out of 10, someone's gonna see you using 'street' wheels while you RP'd swapping them and report you for powergame because they're mentally impaired and take everything at face value. This would also add more content for the car scene, as I'm sure a bunch of you guys would like to RP collecting wheels and changing them at home, instead of paying someone to do it five times a week.

Commands to add:
(inside a car with the wheels in its inventory) /changewheels [wheel/item ID] - This opens up a menu similar to a garage's that lets you preview the wheels you're about to use.

(standing at the driver's door of any vehicle) /removewheels - Similar to /vbi, you have to RP the process and wait for a timer (tied to your vehicle's locks and alarm upgrades) to steal a full set of wheels from someone. That's right, we're in Detroit now.

Items to add: Some kind of generic 'Wheel Set'/'Spares' item sold at garages/shops that you need to transfer into your vehicle in order to change them with the command listed above. These new wheels are not limited to one use, and you can swap them whenever you want. However, you're limited to one type (off-road, sports, muscle, tuner, lowrider, bike, SUV, street, etc) per purchase, so if you want a full set of off-road wheels and a full set of tuner wheels, you're gonna have to buy two items.

How would your suggestion improve the server? Besides what I've listed above? You can buy/sell second hand wheels from people, either legit or stolen. This adds a whole new layer of RP and purpose to the chop shop system as well. Watch where you park your shit or it's gonna get jacked.
