We are on the search for a new Managing Director of Fenwell Capital Partners. Highlights from the job posting are provided below. Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Achieve firm’s objectives in revenue, profit, market penetration, partner/investor satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

• Control the efficiency, productivity and the profitability by drawing up plans and concept budgets (revenue, costs, sales actions). Controlling realization and take action when this deviates, developing improvements and implement cost savings and controlling purchase costs, discussing conditions with suppliers.

• Make the budget and control realization of the budgeted / forecasted set goals and take action when needed in cooperation with the General Managers of Subsidiaries.

• Achieve the set profits & cash flow for the hotel and to find the balance between saving cost, achieving the projected GOP and maintaining the service level.

• Final responsibility for the total quality management level in all departments in the firm (within budget and forecast)

• Ensure maximum shareholders satisfaction and trust.

• Keep well informed of trends, systems, procedures, equipment and services in firm’s industry by trade journal, visiting fairs and exhibitions, trainings.

• Cooperates and assist in the organization of (temporary-) exhibitions.

• Initiates public activities.

• Live and communicate the vision, mission and values of Fenwell Capital at all times.

• Manage employee relations and create and keep an open climate, build and maintain trust, support others and be an example to the team members.

• Ensure development of the employees by actively complying with the firm’s extensive learning & development function.

• Implement and assure routines for prevention of and dealing with building fire, major accidents and terrorism at the headquarters and the relevant training and induction of firm’s personnel in security matter. Assure documentation of all prevention and training activities.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Inspires his/her team to excel in creating the ultimate best experience

• Knows how to connect with and cultivate business relations

• Has excellent communication skills in English

• Has a strong network within the Los Santos Business scene

• Has the ability to become ‘the face’ of Fenwell Capital Partners

• Has a background in the financial industry

• Preferably has a background in investment and business management

• Has knowledge of and passion for administrating and leading

• Has a proven track record of at least 5 months of senior management experience within a firm (and/or company of similar standards)

• Knows how to build and manage business relations, public relations and media

• Is a creative Inspirator and motivator and easily connects with other persons and can live up to our mission statement:
