Issue with connecting to the server

I don't know what else to try honestly.

 

I got a VPN but connecting from UK or France for example does nothing. I already added the rageMP to the firewall rules and also tried with the firewall completely off. Already uninstalled rage twice and installed in different drivers as well. No other antivirus app on.

 

Any ideas?

I think it was the Riva server stats that was messing up, I have it uninstalled and it is working now.
