By having weed made legal, and sold, like RL with heavy tax, so each dose costs 2-3k+, you legalise weed, meaning the demand for weed will increase and provide a huge margin for dealers who can easily undercut dispensaries & this means people will more readily buy from illegal dealers because they can do so without the fear of prosecution.
