I have access to my email, and after trying twice to reset my UCP password it just tells me I have to try again in an hour. I have waited 11/12 hours or so and tried this morning. Which error did you get when you tried it those two times? Are you using the same email? (do not state here whichone) When did you login for the last time? It could be that it has been so long that you actually used a different email, and its sending the password to there. Have you considered that possibillity? Overal, sounds like a simple manual password reset could fix your problems. You'll need Management for that, if not Nervous himself. Link to comment
