• Preferably anything available for 1 or 2 people in Paleto Bay, a small house could do!
• I may consider apartments too in Paleto Bay, feel free to chat about it.
• If a trade isn't enough, I could offer some extra cash within the trade.

What I could trade:

 

• Original price, unfurnished: 115.000$ ((not counting the furniture atm as It's unmapped))
• Location: Next to Hawick's Ammunation, a second floor apartment ((standalone apartment, no floor system!))
• Personal parking space for up to 4 vehicles!
• 2 large bedrooms ((Or even 3 could be fitted regarding my floor plans))
• 1 bathroom
• 1 open kitchen
• 1 open livingroom
• 1 balcony ((smart tp included, although it needs to be slightly moved again))
