More options for tow truck drivers

Would it be possible to add a shop location that is persistent and not owned by a player where we (mechanics) can take cars to be serviced, modified, etc. I (foolishly) purchased a tow truck hoping to have steady income/work. I looked at it as an investment, but with lots of mechanics looking for jobs and no shops hiring, it seems like the tow truck was a HUGE waste of money.

 

I've turned down like 8 potential jobs as a mechanic 

 

How about this:

-the non-player owned shop pays us next to nothing so as to not compete as strongly against player-owned shops and still incentivize players to sign-up with shops.

-Have it be a place we can do mods for cars if no mechanic shop owners are online.
