SALUDOS Y RESPETO

 

Victor Mosquera, commonly known under his placa "Pelon" was raised within the infamous neighborhood of Chamberlain Hills, partly-controlled by the violent Tortilla Flats Gang. During his early years in the gang, Victor was involved in various illicit activities, primarily armed robberies and car-jackings. He'd often steal car radios and whatever valuables he could scrummage from the vehicles within Chamberlain, which was at the time, primarily surrounded by various black gangs.

 

At age 14, Victor was sent to a Juvenile Correctional Facility where he'd keep his head shaved clean as a method of appearing tougher, landing himself the nickname "Pelon". Over the next few years of his life, Victor was in-and-out of different government facilities, constantly returning back to his old gangbanging way of life as the cycle continued.

 

In 2007, Victor was charged with Second Degree Murder and Armed Robbery, landing him fourteen years in the Twin Towers Correctional Facility where he had been cemented into a "Sureño" lifestyle, accompanied by a drastic sense of paranoia. During his time at Twin Towers, Victor's interest in tattoos sparked drastically, landing him multiple poorly designed tattoos that currently spread across his face and torso. 

 

After serving his fourteen-year long sentence, Victor was finally released back into the streets of Los Santos where he immediately- re-involved himself with the Tortilla Flats Gang, as shown through the character thread.
