Major lag issues since new update

Well, there's a couple of things.

 

Last night, Nervous and others did state in game via a global OOC message that a lot of the lag we're experiencing is not server sided, but rather client sided, because the game is constantly trying to catch up with assets rendering and whatnot, this is due to the new clothing update.

 

They said they'll work with RageMP to figure out what the issue is, and how can they fix it.

I've been experiencing the lag since last night but when I jumped on today in the morning, it works smooth. It's related to the new clothing update, once people stop pressuring the clothing script. It'll be back to normal for everyone, as far as I know, It's normal now. Should try it, if it continues then. Just wait it out, I guess.
