Job Opening - Assistant Branch Manager

 

Job Brief:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at our Los Santos South branch.
You should currently be working in or have experience within the logistics industry. This position is perfect for an existing Assistant Manager or an experienced Driver/Supervisor looking to further their career.

You will assist the branch manager with day-to-day running of the branch and help motivate the team to produce a budget performance.
You must have strong knowledge of the logistics business.
You should be proactive; sales driven and maintain an outstanding level of service. You must have excellent communication & organizational skills while working well in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of the local area and customer base would be a distinct advantage.

 

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Branch Manager in the day to day operations, as well as providing cover in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Maintain a safe working environment, in line with Health and Safety regulations.
• Assist in the return of acceptable stock inventory results in line with company targets and guidelines.
• Deliver results by contributing to profitability and sales turnover.
• Have a good understanding of the branch costs and banking.
