From these options? I'd like to see an RP server based on Vice city, but actually smaller towns well known from San Andreas such as Montgomery, Blueberry etc located in Red County would be awesome I always loved RC's atmosphere. Although, Blaine County is still not and not necessarily well utilized in my opinion.
