Bad plastic surgeon businesses

So I looked today and it seems the plastic surgeon in Vespucci is now not a plastic surgeon (gone from map, no script inside).  This was the best one since it was bright inside so you could actually see the changes you were making.  It seems like it got replaced with one in Mission Row, but it doesn't even have an interior?  The scripted point is just at the door, so people changing their character's are just going to be standing in the street in the T position.  Seems kind of bad that something so vital is just done like this.

This type of business should be in an interior with good lighting to avoid having to spend 2000 fixing your face, but this thread should be in Suggestions.
