Located at Hawick Avenue, Alta, it is one of the only local dental care providers in Los Santos. Human Resource Officer (m/f/d) Spoiler Human Resource Officer with Hope Health Group is a full-time-only position of high responsibility. They are the face of our organization and have a plethora of tasks, continuously striving to improve our organization’s structure. They are responsible for the smooth procedure at all establishments, guaranteeing a harmonious togetherness between staff, volunteers, patients, and visitors. Human Resource Officers eventually have the opportunity to embark a supervisor and manager position with the Human Resources Department. Among their tasks are: • Providing guidance and resources on every aspect company policies and procedures • Employee recruitment and interviews • Working on job listings to recruit new employees • Working on and improving paygrades for our organization • Compensation questions and updates • Hiring new recruits • Firing employees when needed • Resolving disputes between employees in the workplace • Creating team building activities • Planning team events and holiday functions • Maintaining compliance in the workplace with benefit providers • Implementing HR initiatives including health, volunteer, and charity initiatives and providing resources • Managing employee development and training • All aspects of organizational flow and employee morale Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience): * Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Highly developed skill sets with regard to reflective listening, rapport building, motivational interviewing, establishing trust, and modeling empathy * Ability to present information clearly and effectively when speaking with others * Contribute to program development, implementation, and evaluation with an openness to receiving and providing constructive feedback * Culturally responsive, open to and capable of working with diverse populations Salaries of up to $20,000/w, plus bonuses ($4,000/h) and benefits. Administrator (m/f/d) Spoiler Description Administrators are responsible for the smooth process within all establishments of Hope Health Group. Administrators are responsible for greeting patients and visitors, providing customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, registering patients in the database, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. An administrator works with Hope Health Center, Hope Dental Clinic and Hope Health Community Center. Among their responsibilities are: - Generating awareness of Hope Health Group's vacancies through regular advertising, answering calls from the landline and guiding interested individuals to Hope Health Group's job advertisements, offering help and advice on the application process. - Managing the reception - Managing the allocation of patients to staff - Managing the clinic database - Making sure that the database remains up to date and in order - Creating patient files - Schedule management Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience): * Must be 18 years old and above. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Basic ability to work with a computer, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Ability to efficiently perform under pressure. * Prior experience in customer service is an advantage (not a requirement). Salaries of up to $12,500/w, plus bonuses ($4,000/h) and benefits. Dentist (m/f/d) Spoiler Description A full time, exempt position responsible for providing oral health services, preventive and dental care in a community dental clinic to all age groups. Applies diagnostic and therapeutic dental services to Hope Health Group patients while making reasonable and sound assessments and treatment plans within the scope of the clinic's dental program. Examines individuals requesting care, diagnoses their dental/oral conditions, prescribes and carries out, or directs others in carrying out, appropriate dental/oral treatment, or refers individuals for specialty consultation or treatment in conformance with approved clinical protocols and guidelines. Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience): * Graduation from an accredited dental school. * Completion of an accredited general practice residency program is preferred. * Ability to maintain appropriate professional clinical image and demeanor. * Past experience is an advantage. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Requires a comprehensive knowledge of primary dental care in outpatient settings. Knowledge of the principles and practice of modern dentistry as related to public health organizations and community health programs as well as current social and economic problems pertaining to public health and their impact on primary health care. * Requires good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Requires a basic ability to work with a computer, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Dental Nurse (m/f/d) Spoiler Description Dental Nurses are healthcare workers whose major role is to assist dentists in carrying out different kinds of oral-care procedures. Among their duties are: - Open and close the surgery daily - Perform select treatment options - Adhere to health and safety protocols as well as cross-infection to the highest standard - Ensure all dental instruments are correctly decontaminated - Serve as an assistant to the Dentist during treatment by passing relevant equipment and instruments to him, in the same vein retracting and aspirating if necessary - Mix and prepare materials necessary for procedures - Write patient notes efficiently and correctly as dictated by the Dentist - Monitor patients from the entering the room, during treatment and after the surgery - Offer reassurance and support to patients - Carry out stock control - Liaise with laboratories and referral hospitals/practices. Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience): * Certification of passing the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB) Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) examination.
