Entity Posted March 22, 2021 Share Posted March 22, 2021 As it currently stands, the #newbie-help channel is used primarily for game and server-related questions while the #support channel is mostly being used for technical support. I believe it would be easier for everyone if the channels were renamed, one being for technical support and the other for everything else. Link to comment
