It is indeed unfortunate that they had to endure four trapped firefighters, three injured on scene, plus one other afterwards, but the overall Department's response is way up to standards, maybe even well above. That kind of non-constructive criticism without having nowhere near an idea of what happened actually just shows how low of a person you are.
