Do you keep GTA World a secret from your friends / family?

I live in constant fear that my family friends will find out about gta world and either stone to death me or burn me alive

I've been roleplaying for almost more than 10 years, along with my older brother. Besides him, no one else knows that him and are invested into roleplaying. As for friends, only a few selected ones know.

Kinda, I don't really go into detail about what I do on GTA. But I have recommended the server to friends that I think would enjoy this kinda thing.

I don't really talk to anyone about it.

 

My one good friend likes the old GTA multiplayer but I didn't care for it.  When he sees me on GTAW he wants to play GTA instead and I just have to say no it's.. not the same thing...

 

so we don't talk about it.

 

Rest of my family knows about it through seeing me but they're uninterested so it's not a talking matter.

I don't go around bragging about it, but if someone sees me playing, I don't mind explaining it to them.

I don't actively keep it a secret from IRL friends or family, but I don't talk about it to them at the same time and that's mainly due to the fact that they would not understand what it's about.

 

If a family member who is a gamer wants to play tho, I'd be more than happy to guide them along.

 

The only time I ever openly brag about my status on any GTA community (LSRP, GTAW, my own server(s) I used to run on SAMP) occasionally (read as: rarely) which is because nobody would understand what it's about.
