This promotes mob mentality, so yes, disable this in the report section.

If I remember correctly, reactions can't be disabled for specific sections of the forums. It's either all or nothing, with how the website is coded, with no potential for selective application.

As I've stated elsewhere recently:

Putting "likes" on reports (or responds to them regardless) is nothing but the attempt to backseat-moderate and influence staff decisions.

If not possible to disable by script, the easy solution is to prohibit it by rules.
