This. And no, I don't have a racist char and never done it but I won't just stop people from doing their thing.

You know same can be said about gang roleplay in general, given majority of gangbangers are underaged. Many of them begin at age of 9.

Matter fact, why portray ANYTHING in the first place, when you can opt not to?

 

Concepts like that are a thing in real life, what's so shocking about it being portrayed in a virtual character? My character being a criminal does not make me a criminal for portraying it, and portraying a racist character does not make you inherently racist. As long as it doesn't flow OOC, I have no issue with it happening IC.

I don't get this question.

 

Some people portray racism because it's realistic.  If you, as a player, are so offended by the racism you're seeing ICly, then I'd imagine you'd keep your character in areas where racism isn't so common. There are many players who are offended by sexual themes in the game - I imagine they're not taking their characters to strip clubs and such.  

 

Pushing for global changes in game that would make the server LESS realistic all because of a player's OOC preferences is something I will never support.
