Err gfx d3d init

This error has been bugging me non stop today and I have no clue what to do. I changed the dx number, I've uninstalled it, and it hasn't worked. Does anyone know what to do to fix this

Hey, after a bit of research on the internet about the error, what I've gotten is:

1. You can try updating your graphic card drivers to the latest version after, if they aren't. Alternatively, you can try doing a rollback of graphic card driver version as well to see if it works.

2. One other possible fix would be to going to your Settings.xml file in My Documents - Rockstar Games - Grand Thef Auto V. You need to change the <DX_Version value> setting to 0.
