Being a quadcore there will be areas of the map like Davis that have a more intensive use of CPU causing stuttering or fps drops, this is solved by lowering the draw distance bars and the advanced options bar, but yes, will work, and as we said, try to get a little more ram. I don't have problem at all with 16 gb ram and only using 3 to 4 cores. Link to comment

It will depend on your graphics settings and graphics card, my 3080 had stuttering with an i7 4790K, now I have the 10700K and it works fine. About the ram I recommend having a minimum of 8Gb for GTAV and 16GB for optimal performance. Link to comment
