Car parts and attributes

Short descripiton: Add car parts and attributes for them.

Detailed description: Having the crucial car parts implemented in the script, when inspecting the car a list of car parts and their wear would be displayed in the chat. For a brand new part the wear would be 10/10, The longer the player uses the car the more the parts would get weared out. When the wear reaches like 2/10 or 3/10 the car would start to face some problems depending on the part. If the brakes are the specific part, the car would face difficulty breaking and if the wear for the brakes reaches 0/10 the car wouldn't be able to break at all. I'll give another example for the clutch, the car would take longer to up or downshift through the gears,therefore making it slower. If the wear of the clutch reaches 0/10 the car wouldn't be able to shift through gears. When a car part gets weared out, the player must drive the car to the nearest mechanic garage. The mechanic would inspect the car and then replace the part which is causing problems. Every part has a different price for the replacament. Mechanics can replace it with a used part (would cost less) or a new one. They can keep the part that they replaced and repair it with a wrench,the repair can boost the wear by 1/10-3/10. After repairing the part, mechanics can use it on other cars.  Car parts can be supplied by truckers. 

 

Commands to add: /vinspect (would show the wear of the parts), /vchangepart [ID of the part being changed] [ID of the replacament], /rpart [ID of part] (you must have a wrench in your inventory to do this command)

Items to add: Brakes, Axle, Radiator, Clutch, Transmission, Engine, Injector.

How would your suggestion improve the server? It would make taking care of your car a lot more interesting and working as mechanic a lot more fun in my opinion.
