Why are Fresno Bulldogs allowed on the server but Nortenos aren't, when they're also in Fresno in real life?

I personally think, that San Andreas as it is in GTA 5 and Los Santos as well, shouldnt be viewed as Los Angeles and part of California. Why? Cause if you take a closer look, we all are on a big island.

They're isolated to Paleto afaik.

Does the Department of Veteran Affairs exist? It's a federal entity, and is in all states. I understand it's not here visually as a player-ran group, but?

Anything federal would be present. San Andreas is still part of the United States.

Continuity Management has spoken about this. San Andreas replacing California and Los Angeles replacing Los Santos is what was confirmed by us, and for now, it is staying like this.

Is Paleto / Blaine County supposed to be Bakersfield California technically since it's north of LA as the only other option would be Nevada which wouldn't make it LA? Sorry bit confused of what area it's supposed to be when it comes to continuity.

Don't think this has been determined. Blaine County is a lot like the Inland Empire, if it wasn't for its hillbilly aesthetic. Paleto Bay is evidently based on far north California near the Oregon border but roleplaying that would be a bit stupid considering that's a massive drive irl.

The decision was made to consider the entire island we play on as Los Santos County. The Salton Sea (Alamo Sea) and Desert Shores (Sandy Shores) are south-east of LA where Morro Bay (Paleto Bay) is pretty far north-west. It's pretty difficult to line parts of the map we play on up with how things are in real life because everything is north of Los Santos. Players go all over the map on a regular basis so as a gameplay compromise, we felt that having everything in one county makes the most sense.

What is the Continuity Management's thoughts on medical bills, do we RP them as normal? Or is SA the only state in the US to offer 'free' medical care, which is completely insanity.
