u10sil Posted January 31, 2021 Share Posted January 31, 2021 (edited) I always figured that people do this b/c there isn't really a way to make your character smile and stuff, so if they want to post a picture of their character smiling they use face app. Personally I don't want to download chinese spyware, so I would probably resort to a normal picture of my character's face with a text overlay that shows the roleplay of them smiling/etc. In any case, your cringe is someone else's enjoyment.
