** A dozen of posters are scattered throughout the city, mainly in La Mesa, Mirror Park, Textile City and Hawick. They are taped with adhesive tape to suitable utility poles. Eight tabs with contact information at the bottom of each poster are cut at dashed lines and free for the taking. **
