On top of that I see vehicles with missing car parts, like hood, doors and such. But I'm sure someone mentioned that already.

/equipment badge disappears every time after you exit a vehicle.

After the server crash people do not seem to spawn at their last known position correctly. I was on a scene with my partner and a few victims, I spawned at the property I last left while my partner spawned correctly on scene. A patient from the scene also spawned at his house instead of the scene like the other patient.

The gun being equipped after leaving your vehicle (if you did not equip it) is still there.

I figured out I basically have to press another key while freezing in order to unfreeze my game and walk.

My Lampadati Komoda and Comet Retro Custom, do not have their start-up sound anymore.

Also vehicles ''seem'' to shut off when exiting, but they are actually on.

Before the server crashed I was at Kazanov Autoworks, modding my car.

After it was done it was driven out where I encountered this.

Edit: On top of that it takes ages for the car to register that you want to lock or unlock it.

Are you sure the driver wasn't always in the seat but performing a laying down animation?

Also I think I found a new bug, you can't use speficic commands like /sellproperty
