The Illusive Ones are the melting pot of a swirling organization of inglorious bastards founded by the trinity of power, intellectual innovation, and tenacious speed all 

used in tandem to unfold the ultimate schemes. Their code of ethics isn’t based upon race, nationality, ethnicity, culture, or class. They are molded and merged together from a variety of different backgrounds and reformed into being flexible and capable of bending easily without breaking. Their anonymity allows them to weave an intricate web of discord and chaos as they begin the prelude to pandemonium upon the menacing streets of Los Santos. For many of them it was a perilous journey to abandon the fleeting notions of the standard nine to five. They all craved something more. From the blue collar miner to the glamorous celebrity to the street racing daredevil and even the reclusive nerd in his mother’s basement, everyone has a unique array of talents and skills to bring to this collective. 

 

Their enigmatic and diverse nature allows them to discreetly blend into society, not being easily identifiable based on race or a heavy gender bias within their ranks. It was a brilliant and methodically orchestrated scheme as intelligent minds grafted together and brainstormed a way for them to break free of the grueling run-of-the mill occupations. They believed the best flights were taken only after they had the courage to break free of the chains of social conditioning that bind them. They believe that all men have crimes, and most of them are hidden. Especially concerning the large disparity of income with the top 1% of the wealthiest in America. They want to grab their own slice of the lion’s share, but with the propaganda that emerged in society allowing “The man” to keep his foot on their backs, they decided to take their lives into their own hands. They say when a man is denied the right to live the life he believes in, he has no choice but to become an outlaw. 

 

 

Now, they consider their methods a form of creative art and expression. The criminal is the creative artist and the detective the only critic. Who could blame them? After all it was the way this society was built that invited the crime. These criminals merely accepted the invitation. Now, they are beginning to write the chapters of their stories and shape their own futures with prosperity as their final destination, but as they stain their pages with the ink of corruption they will find the most difficult part of any crime novel is the plotting. It all begins simply enough, but soon they will deal with a multitude of linked characters, strands, themes, and red herrings; and they’ll need to try to control these elements and weave them into a pattern. 

 

 

The city of Los Santos proves that it is a wicked world, and when a clever man turns his brains to crime, it is the worst of all. Organized crime, however, constitutes nothing less than a guerrilla warfare against society. In a country ruled by big bankers and corrupt politics, organized crime is free enterprise at it’s freest. Their philosophy is based on the ideal of either being the wolf or the sheep: If an man is dumb, someone is going to get the better of him, so why not us? If we don’t, then we’re just as dumb as they are.

 

They exercise extreme notoriety for murder, bombings, terrorism, arson, ruthless torture. The reach of their black hand extends to not only to anyone to interferes with their aspirations to attain power. Unyielding malice would lock it's jaws around Law Enforcement Officials, Politicians , Federal Officials, Government Officials and Military Officials as they weave their web of manipulation, brutality, and deception.

 

 

 

So, what part will you play in this story? Will you continue to live your life in mediocrity controlled by the puppeteers strings? When writing the story of your life, don’t let anyone hold the pen. At any given moment you have the power to say this is not how the story is going to end. This faction is an empty page in an open book. So, write your story and personal work of art. Come on and make your mark. If you want your story to be magnificent, begin by realizing you are the author, and everyday is a new page.

Initiation

 

1. Must be what is considered to be a legal adult.

 

2. Must show a skill or talent beneficial to the Family.

 

3. Must spend a period of time as a Soldier, doing the "dirty work" of the House.

 

4. Must carry out an illegal act as determined by one of Boss Status or higher to prove loyalty.

 

5. Must be sponsored by a member of the House of Initiate status or higher.

 

6. After a period of serving the House as Soldier, one must wait to be invited for initiation.

 

Ritual

 

1. The soldier is presented by a current member of the House and led in a room full of signed members.

 

2. A ritual fire will be ignited.

 

3. The Soldier must allow the Officiator to draw his or her blood, of which a few drops are spilled into the The Illusive Men's contract and this oath will be repeated - "This drop of blood symbolizes my birth into the Family."

 

4. A second drop of blood is spilled into a chalice and passed from member to member along with the ritual blade. Each member bleeds a drop into the chalices as well and repeats - "We are one until death"

 

5. The soldier waits for each member to finish and then declares - "I pledge my loyalty to The Illusive Ones until the time that death fully takes me. I live by the oath and die by the oath."

 

6. The blood within the chalice is poured onto a ritual fire as the Soldier makes a final oath- "As the blood burns, may my soul burn if I betray my oath."

 

7. The Officiator will announce the new Initiate and have him or her sign their contract. A celebration will follow.

The Divisions

Falcons

Current Division: Filled

Elite rogue operatives that participate in high level-spy work, espionage, and infiltration in service of The Illusive Ones, thus The Communion. Their skill set specializes in impersonations, acquiring information through manipulation and persuasion, and being knowledgeable on cultures, societies, and motivations of those they may infiltrate.

 

The Falcon's Onus

"Our Onus, our burden, our task, our duty, is to watch out for the brothers and sisters. The Falcon lords over his realm from above, and so shall we keep vigil on the realm of our family. We are the unassailable, hidden arm and watchful eye, and do all that is necessary to protect our own, be it espionage, thievery, fraud, or murder, without either remorse nor second thoughts. A Falcon's best work is done in the shadows, and remains unknown until either it's too late - or never at all. Secrecy is paramount. Dedication, unconditional."

The Requirements

 

Must be a full member of the House.

Must be in service as a member of the House for at least one month.

Must exhibit necessary characteristics and skills required of a Falcon.

 

Must possess the following traits:

Guile, Temperament, Selflessness, Dedication

 

Must possess the Following skills:

Literacy, Stealth, Coercion, Intimidation, Larceny, Infiltration, Impersonation, Sabotage, Assassination.

 

The Proving

 

The process of proving oneself capable and worthy is long and arduous. To be even considered for the role of Falcon, they must have already exhibited the character traits prior, as they will be tested throughout.

 

Numerous tests of skill and ability must be completed in the presence of another Falcon, or the current Spymaster. The test will include, but are not limited to, breaking and entering, intelligence gathering, persuasion, theft, and impersonation. One can only expect to become a Falcon if they pass every test, but the final decision is always in the hands of the Spymaster.

 

The Tattoo

 

Once approved by the Spymaster, the initiative will be offered the Falcon tattoo. As a defining mark can be proved problematic, it is optional, and is offered once accepted, but prior to the initiation.

 

The Alias

 

Once accepted, the initiate must choose an alias or code-name, by which their fellow Falcons shall know them. It may be a name different from their given name, but simple nouns are often preferred. If necessary (or preferred) the initiate may be given a name by their fellow Falcons at the initiation.

 

The Initiation

 

At a secret, predetermined location, all available Falcons and the current Spymasters shall meet to welcome the initiate. It has no name, but is often referred to as "The Unmasking", as no face coverings are allowed whatsoever. It is a time of sharing and bonding, wherein the initiate learns of their division as they learn of the initiate, in order to build trust and camaraderie.

 

When the time comes, and both the Spymaster and the Falcons that presided over the initiate's tests have put forward their words of acceptance, the initiate shall choose (or be given) a code-name. They shall be given a unique tattoo that only other Falcons should know, and a custom weapon to act as their badge of service. These shall both be provided during the initiation if at all possible.

 

Within The Illusive Men, a Falcon is any member who serves as a type of rogue or participates in: Thieving, Assassinations, Blackmail, or Espionage.

 

An Elite Few will be exalted to the pure status of Falcon, which entitles them to directly work alongside the current Spymaster and take work associated with high-level spying and infiltration.

Foxes

Master thieves that successfully accomplish thieving, raiding, and acquisitions all in the service to The Illusive Ones, thus the Communion. Their skill set specializes stealing items of note, transporting dangerous goods, and managing to do all this without being seen or have The Illusive Ones be implicated.

Militant Archetypes which carry out bounty missions, gang wars, and recovery all in services of The Illusive Ones, and thus The Communion.  Their skillset specializes in preparing their body and minds for combat, mastering their chosen weapon, and watching for changes or alerts in their environment as well as hindering enemies through the expert use of subterfuge without implicating The Illusive Ones.

Specially selected for their expertise and knowledge of concepts regarding academic topics ranging from hacking, medicine, war strategy, politics, history, and economics. These are of an intellectually stimulating culture and they help educate and protect The Illusive Ones, thus The Communion. Their skill set specializes in utilizing their chosen areas of knowledge to educate generations of Illusive Ones, examine potentially dangerous situations, and serve as advisors to both the current Don as well as those within The Communion.

Their skill specializes in preparing their body and minds for combat and warfare, mastering their chosen weapon, and watching for changes or alerts in their environment.

 

The Sentinel’s Creed

 

“I along with my brethren will put forth our lives to protect and diligently serve those we are tasked with. Our body, our soul, our minds, and our every being must be given to the cause. Our weapon is an extension of one’s self. Our very essence pours into it. To be without one’s extension is to be without one’s self. Death is the only avenue to atone for one’s sins and follies.

This is the Sentinel’s Creed”.

The Initiation

 

The initiation to become Marked is Classified and only those who have been Marked will know it’s trial. Each trial is different for each Marked. You will not know when your trial is to be. It will come at the least opportune time.

 

The Mark of the Sentinel

 

Upon one’s acceptance by the Vanguard they will bear the Mark. A shield with skull and crossbones to indicate one’s life and death in service to the Sentinels. This mark is mandatory and will be given upon one’s acceptance and trial. They shall then on be known as the Marked.

The Code-Name

 

Set forthwith the Marked shall bear no legal name while in-service to the Sentinels. They shall only be called upon by their name chosen by the Vanguard.

Heart of the business involving the import and export of goods through production, smuggling, shipping, convoys, dealing, and business deals all in services of The Illusive Ones, and thus The Communion. Their skill set specializes in ensuring the business thrives through knowledge of their own craft. Most established trade is in military weaponry and armor, drugs, and luxury goods.

Division Leader: Charlemagne

Secret assassins that carry out assassinations, murders, and ordered killings all in services to The Illusive Ones, and thus The Communion. Their skill set specializes in mastering their body and mind for silent movement and stealth as well as planning kills for the intended goal whether it be to appear as an accident or a display.

The Elusive Ones

Division Leader : White Dragon

 

Masterful drivers who exemplify expert knowledge of the city and county streets as well as skillful manipulation of the wheel. They have the tempered minds to handle extreme racing and daring getaways all in service to The Illusive Ones, and thus The Communion. Their skill set specializes in the operation, maintenance, and performance improvement of motor vehicles as well as earning income by successfully winning many legal and illegal racing events.

Code of Loyalty

All members, regardless of rank, must pledge to the following declarations.

 

1. Activities in service to the House.

All members must only perform "Jobs" in service of the House unless a Boss or the Head of the House gives permission. Any member who is found to be participating in activities outside of the House for extra earnings and are not turning in that earning to the Cartel will be dealt with accordingly.

 

2. Earnings from Services Provided.

All earnings are to be collected by the Treasurer. If any member is found to be keeping any earnings to themselves, they will be dealt with accordingly. This is to ensure equal treatment and appropriate payment to all members within the House. With these funds, a stipend will be provided based off of rank and duties to all members. Also, donations may be made to loyal alliances or families of fallen comrades.

 

3. Acts against other members of the House.

Anyone found to be embezzling money, stealing from another, or harming another member without permission from a Boss or Head of House will be seen as betrayal and will be dealt with accordingly.

 

4. Acts of treason.

Anyone found guilty of treason or other insubordinate actions committed against the House will, at minimum, be cast out. Greater displays of treason will be dealt with more harshly.

 

5. Members taken into custody.

If a member of the House is taken into custody or taken prisoner by the authorities, military, or a rival faction, they are to remain silent. They at no time can release unapproved information about the House. If possible, efforts will be made to post bond or rescue, but the House will deny your membership if at anytime you release unapproved information. If unapproved information is released, you will be guilty of treason.

 

All Penance will be determined by the head of house and sentence carried out by the Boss.
