There've been several projects related to engineering and renewable energy, I'm fairly certain there have been screenshots posted of some of it.

The process of moving from fossil fuels to green energy is purely on Energy Generation. Oil and Gas will still be needed to create fuel for the State. On the generation side of things, we will be eventually phasing out our gas turbines and cutting generation to carbon neutral with a few other projects that might be coming our way. Hope that clarifies things!
