Closest I've seen is the Dogtown White Boys which @Thrashermanshould be congratulated on as it's a great faction I love following andyoushouldbetoo but even that feels a little too hardcore at times. I wanna see more vulnerable snaky factions who don't have a desire to run a criminal empire and instead sit happily on ruining people's days, sucking punching suits, shooting up drugs, blasting loud music and living free - enough trouble to get your ass kicked and arrested but not straight up kidnapped and/or murdered by the majority of meathead factions we have on GTAW.
